Did your trunk eat your keys? If so, you are one of the unfortunate ones. Do you have one of those cars that cannot be opened easily? And you don't have a spare emergency key stashed somewhere?

We can unlock your trunk and retrieve your keys from most any car, but there are some cars that will eat them and swallow them and about the only way into most of these trunks is with a special high security pick, or with another key. We use one of the high security picks available for this purpose.

Some of the common cars we get calls for include Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Lexus, Mercedes, Porche, Volvo, VW and many of the older General Motors cars. There are other makes that have this problem, but aren't as nearly as common as these. Of these, the easier ones would include the Audi, Porche and VW. The Lexus take longer and in some cases, we end up cutting a key to unlock it. The Mercedes almost always requires a key to be made to unlock the trunk. The BMW is about the most difficult with the tools we presently carry.

Many of these Foreign cars have a fast relocking system, making it difficult or impossible to open the doors, to reach the trunk release. We can either pick the lock open in many cases, or decode one of the locks to make a mechanical key that will unlock the trunk. Some trunk locks cannot be picked due to the location or operation of lock. In these cases, we make another key and use that key to unlock the trunk.

If the trunk release is locked, you will not be able to open the trunk without a key. If the cable or vaccuum line to the trunk is not functioning, you will not be able to open the trunk without a key. With some newer cars, the trunk cannot be locked if the key is left in the trunk, due to the transponder technology used. This assumes the circuits are in good working order.

Our price ranges between $80 and $140, depending on where your are and the type of vehicle, payable upon arrival. If, for some reason, we are unsuccessful, your money will be refunded at that time. If we end up making a key to gain access, that key will be available for sale, only at that time, for an additional charge.
